Texas A&M Foundation

  • Market Research

In 1953 the Texas A&M Foundation was created to marshal and steward charitable gifts to ensure that the university would continue offering a quality academic experience. Today the Foundation has become one of the most successful such organizations in support of a public university.

Over the last decade we’ve conducted five biennial studies for the Foundation in order to provide critical information to assist in important decision making. This series of online surveys invite former students of all ages to participate in the study, and each study has had a final sample size of more than 1600 respondents.

These studies have included common questions asked in each study – such as awareness of and attitudes about the Foundation, past giving history, and future giving intent – as well as questions that are more topical in nature, such as asking about programs like Lead by Example, social media use, and perspectives on the Foundation’s quarterly, Spirit magazine.
